1. At the Airport

2. Your transportation to the hotel
You'll travel by shared bus (air-conditioned and seating 35 people); the ride takes about 30 minutes. Take this opportunity to ask the guide questions! They'll tell you about the tours and activities that await you.
3. Check-in at the hotel
You must check in at the front desk starting at 3:00 p.m. with identification documents for all passengers (physical ID card, civil registry certificate for minors, identity card, or passport if you are a foreigner). If you are traveling with minors without their parents, you must present a notarized permission form in accordance with Laws 1098/2006 and 1336/2009 to avoid legal issues.
4. Your colorful doorknob

The hotel doesn't have bellhops, so bring a lightweight suitcase, as the paths are sandy and the rooms are spread out across different buildings: the Caribe Building, the Wayúu Ranchería, the Wayúu Bungalow, or the Kids' Bungalow.

This is how we welcome you to your room
- Beds are ready for you to rest in, depending on the type of accommodation you've booked (single beds are not available; the Bungalow rooms feature a sofa bed for triple occupancy).
- Air conditioning + satellite TV and local channels (with their respective remote controls).
- White towels (1 per person, size 1.20 m x 60 cm).
- Basic toiletries kit: 2 bars of soap (25 g each) + toilet paper (one roll per guest).
- Complete bedding set (sheets, fitted sheet, and pillow per person).
- Feeling cold? Ask for an extra blanket at the front desk.

Key Rules
Towels are for use within the hotel only. Smoking is not permitted in the rooms, nor is bringing food from the restaurants to your room or playing loud music through speakers.
Cleaning service
Review the inclusions* in the terms and conditions of your contract.
Daily cleaning included, except on check-in and check-out days; does not apply to sizes M, S, and XS.
Towels and sheets are changed at the end of your stay. If you need them changed sooner, please leave them on the bathroom floor.
