1. At the Airport
After landing at Almirante Padilla International Airport , follow the signs to the exit. A guide from our official tour operator, Wayúu Adventures (the one with the On Vacation lollipop), will be waiting for you there with a smile and a great attitude to begin this experience in the majestic Guajira.
2. Your transportation to the hotel
You'll travel by shared bus (air-conditioned, with space for 35 people), the journey takes approximately 30 minutes . Take advantage of this time to ask the guide questions! They'll tell you about upcoming tours and activities.
3. Check-in at the hotel
You must arrive at reception between 3:00 pm and 8:00 pm with the identification documents of all passengers (physical ID card, birth certificate for minors, identity card, or passport if you are a foreigner). If you are traveling with minors without their parents, a notarized authorization is required in accordance with Laws 1098/2006 and 1336/2009 to avoid legal issues.
4. Your colorful bracelet
Upon check-in, we will provide you with a wristband. This wristband will allow you to enjoy the services included in your chosen plan (please review the inclusions for your rate and size). It will also serve as your On Vacation guest identification.
Always wear it; if it breaks or gets lost, there will be an additional cost. Important: It is personal and non-transferable.
If you didn't book your flight through On Vacation, the transfer isn't included. You can add it as an extra service and enjoy the same shared bus and comfort. Another option: public transportation is available at the airport.

This is how we welcome you to your room
- Beds ready for your rest and according to the accommodation booked (there are no single beds available, the Bungalow block rooms have a sofa bed for triple accommodation).
- Air conditioning + satellite TV and national channels (with their respective remote controls).
- White towels (1 per person, size 1.20m x 60cm).
- Basic hygiene kit: 2 bath soaps (25g each) + toilet paper according to the number of guests.
- Complete bed linen (sheets + top sheet + pillow per person).
- Feeling cold? Ask for an extra blanket at reception.

Key Rules
Towels are for hotel use only. Smoking is not permitted in the rooms, nor is taking food from the restaurants into the room, nor is using loud speakers.

Daily cleaning included, except at check-in and check-out, does not apply to sizes M, S and XS.
Towels and sheets are changed at the end of your stay. If you need a change sooner, please leave them on the bathroom floor.
