Pets Allowed?
Only emotional support animals are welcome, at an additional cost per night. To check in, you must present the emotional support animal certificate, leave a deposit of $150.000 COP at reception, and notify the hotel at least 8 business days in advance. These pets are only allowed in guest rooms and the Pet Area of the restaurant. Important: They are not permitted in common areas or wet areas.

We recommend always using sunscreen and wearing appropriate clothing for temperature changes, including warm layers. For visits to tourist attractions, comfortable clothing and shoes, sunglasses, and staying hydrated are ideal.
