Take the Medellín-Bogotá highway to Marinilla, then take the Peñol–Guatapé road, and you’ll find us at km 10.

What documents do I need to present at the airport?
For Colombian citizens: a citizenship card, ID card, or civil registry certificate, depending on age. For foreign citizens: a valid passport. Additionally, you should check with your country’s immigration authorities to determine which documents are required to enter Colombia.
What currency do you receive at the hotel and destination?
Colombian Pesos. It is recommended to always carry cash, although credit and debit card payments can be made, most credit cards are accepted.
Are pets allowed?
Only emotional support animals are allowed, at an additional cost per night. To bring your pet, you must present an emotional support animal certificate, leave a deposit of $150,000 at the front desk, and notify the hotel at least 8 business days in advance. These pets are only allowed in guest rooms and in the restaurant’s Pet Zone.
Important: Pets are not allowed in common areas or wet areas.
Are there any special travel recommendations?
We recommend that you always use sunscreen and pack clothing suitable for temperature changes, including warm layers. When visiting tourist attractions, it’s best to wear comfortable clothes and shoes, sunglasses, and stay hydrated at all times. If you leave the hotel, remember to arrange your return transportation in advance to avoid any issues due to the distance.
