Traveler's Route Tower Hotel

1. At the Airport

When you land at Gustavo Rojas Pinilla International Airport, follow the signs to the exit. You’ll find licensed taxis there to take you to the hotel in about 7 minutes, depending on your arrival time (service available at an additional cost). We recommend that you check that the vehicle has official identification and confirm the price before starting the trip to the hotel.

3. Check-in at the hotel

You must report to the front desk starting at 5:00 p.m. with the identification documents for all passengers (physical ID card, civil registry certificate for minors and/or identity card, passport if you are a foreign citizen). If you are traveling with minors without their parents, you will need a notarized permission form in accordance with Laws 1098/2006 and 1336/2009—this is important to avoid legal issues!

4. Your colorful doorknob

When you check in, we’ll give you a wristband! With it, you can enjoy the services included in your package (check the inclusions for your rate and size). It also serves as your identification as an On Vacation guest. Please wear it at all times; if it breaks or is lost, there will be an additional charge. Please note that it is personal and non-transferable.

The hotel does not offer bellhop service, so we recommend bringing a lightweight suitcase. We want your arrival to be comfortable and for you to start your stay feeling refreshed.

The rooms are located in blocks and can be either standard rooms or eco-friendly rooms. Find out which one is right for you!

This is how we welcome you to your room

· Aire acondicionado en habitaciones, TV satelital y canales Nacionales (con sus respectivos controles remotos).
· Camas listas para tu descanso y según el alojamiento contratado (no hay camas sencillas disponibles)
· Toallas blancas (1 por persona, tamaño 120 cm x 60 cm).
· Kit básico de aseo: 2 jabones de baño (25 gr c/u) + papel higiénico según huéspedes.
· Ropa de cama completa (sábanas + sobre sábana + almohada por persona). ¿Frío? Pide una cobija extra en la recepción.

Key Rules

Towels are for use within the hotel only. Smoking is not permitted in the rooms, nor is bringing food from the restaurants to your room or playing loud music through speakers.

Review the inclusions* in the terms and conditions of your contract.

Daily cleaning included, except on check-in and check-out days; does not apply to sizes M, S, and XS.

Towels and sheets are changed at the end of your stay. If you need them changed sooner, please leave them on the bathroom floor.

Would you prefer not to have your room cleaned? Please let the front desk know and sign the appropriate form.

If you'd like an extra cleaning, you can ask the waitress for it for an additional fee.
