Right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal established in the Consumer Statute (Law 1480 of 2011) applies, according to the following conditions:
- For purchases made through non-traditional or remote channels (Contact Center and Website)
- The deadline for exercising the right of first refusal is five (5) business days from the date of purchase of the airline ticket.
- This applies provided that the service has not had to be performed during those same five (5) business days.
- No withholding tax will be applied; a full refund is due.
- In accordance with Resolution 3596 of 2006, the administrative fee for airline tickets is non-refundable.

- CANCELLATION (APPLICABLE ONLY TO THE PURCHASE OF AIRLINE TICKETS): Pursuant to Article 1878 of the Commercial Code, the passenger may cancel the trip prior to its commencement by notifying the carrier or the travel agency at least twenty-four (24) hours before the flight is scheduled to depart. In such cases, the carrier or travel agency may retain a sum of money in accordance with the provisions of this section. The carrier or travel agency, in accordance with the fare conditions, may retain the agreed-upon percentage, which may not exceed 10% of the fare amount received, excluding fees, taxes, and administrative charges. The amount withheld from the passenger shall be paid to the carrier. The provisions of this section shall not apply to promotional fares, unless offered by the carrier, in which case they shall apply in accordance with the terms offered.
