Cuotas Sin Interés – On VacationOferta válida desde las 0 horas del 16 de octubre 2025 hasta las 23:59 horas del 31 de diciembre de 2025. El beneficio de cuotas sin interés aplica únicamente para compras realizadas con tarjetas de crédito de los bancos aliados que se señalan en los presentes términos y condiciones, en los comercios On Vacation con NIT 900.304.940.9 (en adelante, los “Comercios Aliados”). Para acceder al beneficio de cuotas sin interés, el cliente deberá diferir su compra a una de las cuotas señaladas en la Tabla 1. En caso de diferir su pago a una cuota distinta, el beneficio de cuotas sin interés no será aplicable.

The interest-free installment plan applies only to purchases made with the credit cards listed in Table 2 and to transactions processed through the Mercado Pago platform, which is owned and operated by Mercadopago Colombia Ltda., a company with Tax ID No. 900.116.319-8. It does not apply to purchases made with a debit card.

Therefore, to qualify for interest-free installments, customers must meet the following requirements:

The transaction must be deferred to the amount permitted by the Allied Trade, as indicated in Table 1;
The transaction must be made using a credit card accepted by the bank, in accordance with the information provided in Table 2; and
The selected fee must be charged by the bank that issued the credit card used for the transaction. This is as indicated in Table 2.

Mercado Pago acts as an electronic payment processing system and, as such, shall not be liable for nor guarantee compliance with any obligations assumed by customers and/or Partner Merchants regarding payments to be made or collected through each Partner Merchant’s website. Likewise, Mercado Pago shall not be liable for, nor shall it verify, the reasons, amount, or any other circumstances related to the payment request, nor shall it be liable for the existence, quality, quantity, operation, condition, integrity, or legitimacy of the goods or services offered and/or sold by Partner Merchants and purchased by customers, nor for the customers’ capacity to enter into contracts or the accuracy of the personal data they provide. These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Colombia. The interest-free installment plan is valid only within the territory of the Republic of Colombia.

Mercado Pago is not responsible for any difficulties that may arise when making a payment on the website of any of our Partner Merchants. In the event of any issues with the card used for payment, or disputes regarding its validity, credit limit, or any other matter that may affect the payment, the cardholder must file the appropriate claims with their bank.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE DAVIVIENDA 0% INTEREST CAMPAIGN: Applies only to select products. The 0% interest rate benefit applies only to purchases made with Davivienda credit cards and deferred for only 3 months. It does not apply to credit cards for which the customer requested and authorized Davivienda to set a fixed term for any transaction, since the term selected at the time of payment will not apply. Event organized by TOUR VACATION HOTELES AZUL SAS BIC – TVHA SAS, Tax ID No. 900.304.940-9, and JETSMART S.A.S., Tax ID No. 901526059-0. The Activity will be broadcast by the organizer to the general public, using the Station as the channel for broadcasting the content of its activity.

2. About the participants

Individuals 18 years of age or older are eligible to participate.

Employees of Caracol S.A. and their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity (grandparents, grandchildren, siblings), first degree of affinity (spouses), and first degree of civil relationship (parents or adoptive parents) are not eligible to participate in this activity.

Individuals who fail to provide the required information on the website or who submit false information will not be eligible to participate; they will be immediately disqualified, without prejudice to any additional actions that Caracol S.A. or any company within the group deems appropriate to ensure the transparency of the Activity.

You must be familiar with these rules, as acceptance and receipt of the prize entail a mandatory and unavoidable obligation to understand the conditions of participation, as well as the terms, limitations, and responsibilities—not only of these rules, but also those associated with claiming and accepting a prize.

7. Scope

Colombia. If the winner is located in a city or metropolitan area where Caracol has a station, they must go to the station to claim their prize.

8. Limitation of Liability:

Caracol S.A.’s liability toward participants ends upon the prize being made available to the winner. Since Caracol S.A. acts solely as a platform for the advertiser’s campaign, it is not liable for any adverse effects the prize may have on participants. Digital interaction (registration, voting, vote counting, etc.) with contest participants and voting listeners is conducted using third-party applications such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, or third-party widgets, over which Caracol has no control and therefore assumes no liability for unilateral changes or failures of such applications. This means, for example, that Caracol is not liable if the application blocks or removes a participant, disqualifies a vote, or takes similar actions.

If the prize is a PIN for a virtual concert, once the PIN is disclosed to the winner, the winner is solely responsible for safeguarding it and, therefore, will not be entitled to any compensation should a third party access the concert using their PIN. THE BROADCASTER is not liable for any connection issues with the concert, such as high latency, poor audio or video quality, security breaches, or similar problems.

9. Special prohibitions:

If, at any time—whether before, during, or after the Event—it is discovered that the winner has violated these rules, the organizers may disqualify the winner and refuse to award the prize. If the prize has already been awarded, the organizers may demand its return through legal channels. The participant agrees to comply with the following prohibitions and any other documents and contracts they may sign with Caracol S.A., namely: Not to engage in acts that disadvantage or seek to disadvantage other participants, such as: the disclosure of private, personal, or family matters, or the dissemination of criticism or rumors that are untrue. Not to advertise other events, promotional activities, contests, or make commercial references to individuals or companies that are competitors of Caracol S.A., whether through tweets or other traditional and non-traditional forms of advertising. Do not express opinions through any medium that could damage the image of Caracol S.A.’s products, services, brands, or reputation, or that of its executives or employees, or any of the Sponsors. Not to enter into any verbal or written agreements under which they commit, in any capacity, to provide services related to this Activity on behalf of any third party, including the Sponsors, without prior authorization from Caracol.  Not to engage in actions in public or that may become public that are contrary to morality and good customs, thereby damaging the image of the participants, Caracol S.A., its brands, and sponsors. 10. Consent to the processing of personal data:

By registering, participants consent to the processing of their personal data in accordance with the privacy policy published on the websites of TVHA SAS and Caracol S.A., as well as these terms and conditions, for the following purposes: to send invitations to events and offer new products and services; to provide the collected data to the sales force and/or distribution network, telemarketing, market research, and any third party with whom Caracol S.A has a contractual relationship for the performance of such activities (market research and telemarketing, etc.) for the execution of the same; to transfer personal data outside the country to any of the companies of the Prisa Group for the same purposes described herein; to transmit personal data outside the country to third parties with whom Caracol S.A. has entered into a data processing agreement. In the case of data concerning minors, in accordance with Decree 1074 of 2015, the guardian or legal representative of the child or adolescent shall grant authorization only after the minor has exercised their right to be heard; this opinion shall be taken into account, considering the minor’s maturity, autonomy, and ability to understand the matter.

The foregoing authorization to use your personal data and images is granted free of charge, without territorial restrictions, for as long as TVHA SAS and Caracol S.A. deem it necessary and/or appropriate to use such material in any of the media outlets they own. In any case, the participant declares and agrees to hold TVHA SAS and Caracol S.A. harmless from any third-party claims regarding all works whose use the participant authorizes to Caracol under any title.

The redemption of the reservation can be made up to 5 days prior to the travel date and/or at least 30 days prior to the travel date. Subject to air and hotel availability.

REGISTRO PLAN TENDEROS ON VACATION

The registration of the Shopkeepers in the plan and the access to the benefits granted by the same, are subject to the terms and conditions established by TOUR VACATION HOTELES AZUL SAS BIC who reserves the right of registration, access, use and exclusion of the plan.
El registro al plan tenderos On Vacation es gratuito.
The registration may be made by any natural person of legal age with a Colombian citizenship card or foreigner's card issued in Colombia who is the owner of a store, mini market or similar commercial establishments.
To register in the Shopkeepers Plan, the shopkeeper must provide the data requested for this purpose and authorize the processing of his personal data.

PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION CONDITION

The persons who register as Shopkeepers, under the terms of Statutory Law 1581 of 2012 and its regulatory decrees, authorize the dissemination of their full names, testimonies, voices and/or images by the media and in the form that the organizer deems appropriate, for commercial and advertising purposes, without the right to any compensation or economic consideration, during the term of this activity and until three (3) years after the end of the same.

Participation implies consent for the personal data of the participants to be included in the organizer's databases, as well as authorization for the automated processing of such data or information, as well as for its use in connection with the commercial activity carried out by the organizer and/or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates.

In relation to the personal data collected and processed by the organizer and in accordance with Colombian law.

Persons registering as Shopkeepers are entitled to:

Know, update and correct your personal data. This right may be exercised, among others, in relation to information, partial, inaccurate, incomplete, divided, misleading information or whose treatment is prohibited or not authorized by your participation.
Require proof of consent given to the organizer of the activity for the collection and processing of personal data.
To be informed by the organizer about the use that has been made of their personal data.

Ask the organizer to be removed from its database.

AWARDS

Por cada venta efectiva con el respectivo código asignado al tercero, el tendero recibirá el 7% de comisión del valor del plan comprado antes de cargos, suplementos e impuestos. El valor de la comisión será consignado directamente en la cuenta bancaria que el tendero decida. Para este efecto, es importante tener en cuenta que se aplicará la Política de ChargeBack de On Vacation.
For every 15 effective sales the shopkeeper receives a trip for 2 people to one of these destinations: San Andres, Amazonas, La Guajira or Santa Marta (Mendihuaca). To participate for this prize only applies to referrals of all-inclusive plan.

The “WOW–On Vacation Observation Contest” is organized by TOUR VACATION HOTELES AZUL SAS BIC, the licensee of the On Vacation brand, hereinafter “the Organizer,” and will take place in various cities across Colombia, in accordance with the terms, dates, and prizes specified for each location.

NATURE OF THE ACTIVITY

This activity requires skill and dexterity; therefore:

No prior authorization is required from the Superintendency of Industry and Commerce of COLJUEGOS,
It does not involve chance,
No payment or purchase is required to participate, in accordance with Article 5 of Decree 975 of 2014.

VALIDITY VIGENCIA

The contest will be held in each city according to the dates published on the official landing page and announced through the Organizer’s channels. Each city constitutes a separate event.

REQUIREMENTS FOR PARTICIPATION

Individuals who meet all of the following requirements are eligible to participate:

Be of legal age (18 years or older) at the time of registration.

Have permanent residency in Colombia.

Complete the registration process correctly and in full via the event’s official landing page, by March 9, 2026.

To expressly, freely, and voluntarily accept these terms and conditions at the time of registration.

Be available to attend the final stage of the event in person, if selected as a finalist.

The following are not eligible to participate:

Employees of the Organizer.
Persons directly or indirectly involved in the administration of the bankruptcy proceeding.

ACTIVITY DETAILS

The contest will take place in four (4) clearly defined stages :

STEP 1 – REGISTRATION

Participants must register via the landing page, providing accurate, verifiable, and complete information by March 9, 2026.

Please note that registration does not guarantee that you will be a finalist or a winner.

STAGE 2 – CHALLENGES AND OBSERVATIONS

Registered participants will receive four emails, which will include the following:

Activity instructions.

5 questions related to the activity and/or the concert.

3 challenges of skill and dexterity.

5 questions and related content about the On Vacation brand.

Communications will be sent exclusively to the email address provided by the participant during registration, which will be considered the official channel of contact. The participant is responsible for checking their inbox, spam folder, and promotions tab. Responses must be submitted within the deadlines and under the conditions specified in each communication.

Failure to meet the specified deadlines or comply with the stated conditions will result in the participant’s automatic disqualification.

STAGE 3 – SELECTION OF FINALISTS

Five (5) finalists will be selected in each city, based on the following criteria:

Number of correct answers.

Adherence to the established deadlines.

Clear and precise answers.

Proven ability in this field.

The selection will be made by the Organizer, and its decision will be final and not subject to appeal, in accordance with Colombian regulations governing skill-based contests.

STAGE 4 – FINAL IN-PERSON EXAM

The five finalists from each city will be invited to the Organizer’s main office in the corresponding city on a date and time previously announced via email.

The test will consist of:

Five (5) questions related to OnVacation.
The questions will be the same for all finalists.
The winner will be the person who:
Answer as many questions as possible correctly.
Please reply as soon as possible.

In the event of a tie, a tiebreaker question will be asked.

AWARD

The winner from each city will receive one (1) pair of tickets to a WOWo concert special stage.
The prize applies exclusively to the double ticket.
Transportation, meals, and additional expenses are not included.
The prize is personal and non-transferable.
It cannot be exchanged for cash or other goods or services.

AWARD CEREMONY

The prize will be awarded in accordance with the instructions provided by the Organizer.

The winner must claim the prize in person and present a valid form of identification in order to receive the tickets.

If the winner does not attend the final round or does not meet the requirements, the prize will be awarded to the runner-up.

EVENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The event will be subject to the terms and conditions set by the event organizer.

IMAGE USE AUTHORIZATION

Participants hereby expressly authorize the Organizer, TOUR VACATION HOTELES AZUL S.A.S BIC, to use their name, image, and/or voice, as well as the image of the people accompanying them to the concert, for promotional purposes and to publicize the contest in the various media required (social media, print media, among others), without additional compensation and in accordance with Colombian law.

This authorization includes the use of the images of the winning participants, who must sign the relevant award certificate and the image use authorization form provided by the brand.
