Activity “ TROPICANA, ONVACATION AND JETSMART TAKE YOU ON A FLIGHT WITH STORIES ”

Participation in the activity “A FLIGHT WITH STORIES” implies full and unconditional knowledge and acceptance of these terms and conditions.    

1. From the filmmakers   

This activity is organized by TOUR VACATION HOTELES AZUL SAS BIC – TVHA SAS, identified with NIT 900.304.940-9, and JETSMART SAS, identified with NIT 901526059-0. The organizer will broadcast the activity to the general public using the radio station as a channel for disseminating the content of their activity.  

 2. Of the participants  

1. Individuals aged 18 and over may participate. 

1. Employees of Caracol SA and their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity (Grandparents / Grandchildren / Siblings), first degree of affinity (spouses) and first degree of civil relationship (Parents or adoptive children) will not be able to participate in this Activity. 

1. Persons who do not complete the required information on the website or who enter false information will not be allowed to participate; they will be immediately disqualified, without prejudice to any additional actions that Caracol SA or any company in the economic group may deem appropriate to ensure the transparency of the Activity.  

1. You must be aware of these regulations, since accepting and receiving the prize entails the mandatory and unavoidable obligation to know the conditions of participation, as well as the conditions, limitations and responsibilities, not only of these regulations, but also those that come with claiming and accepting a prize.  

1. Participants must refrain from engaging in or engaging in conduct or participating in activities that may compromise the reputation or good name of Caracol Radio's brands, of another participant or of any of its Sponsors and/or the goods or services they offer.  

1. Participants must refrain from having participated in any type of activity contrary to the law, public order and good morals. 

1. Participants may not have won a prize in an Activity of the same Broadcaster in the last year, counting from the start date of this Activity. 

1. Only one person per family unit will participate. 

1. The travel dates are from October 15, 2025 to October 17, 2025. The travel date cannot be changed, it cannot be transferred to another person, and there is no refund.  

Description of the activity  

The participating listener must register their personal information and that of their partner, along with their story, at tropicanafm.com; then, wait for the announcer's call to respond to the password: " I listen to Tropicana, the coolest, most awesome station !" Then they will have to answer 3 questions correctly about Tropicana, On Vacation, and Jetsmart, and thus they can win a trip for two from JetSMART and On Vacation (Bogotá – San Andrés).

DYNAMIC: 

• From September 24, 2025 to October 11, 2025, listeners will tell their story of why and with whom they want to escape to San Andrés From October 15th to 17th, 2025 via tropicanafm.com. 

• The listener must provide the required information, at a minimum: Name, ID number, phone numbers, email address, home address, occupation, and the story (marriage proposal, seeing the sea for the first time, anniversary, dream trip with my mom, etc.)  

• The 5 best stories will be selected and then called on air. 

• During the live call, the listener must answer 3 questions from Tropicana, On Vacation, and Jetsmart 

• The data submitted at the time of registration may NOT be modified at the time of delivery of the prize if you are chosen as the winner.

7. Scope  

Colombian territory. If the winner is located in a city or metropolitan area where Caracol has radio station studios, they must travel to the studios to receive the prize.   

8. Limitation of Liability:   

Caracol SA's responsibility to the participant ends upon delivery of the prize to the winner. Since Caracol SA acts as a broadcasting channel for the advertiser's activity, it is not responsible for any adverse effects the prize may have on the participant. Digital interaction (registration, voting, vote counting, etc.) with participating and voting listeners is conducted using third-party applications such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, or third-party widgets, over which Caracol has no control and therefore is not responsible for unilateral changes or failures of said applications. This means that, for example, Caracol is not responsible if the application blocks or removes a participant, disqualifies a vote, or performs similar actions.   

If the prize is a PIN for a virtual concert, once the PIN is revealed to the winner, they are solely responsible for its safekeeping and therefore will not be entitled to any compensation should a third party access the concert using their PIN. The broadcaster is not responsible for connection issues with the concert, such as high latency, low audio or video quality, security breaches, or similar problems.  

9. Special prohibitions:   

If at any time, before, during, or after the Activity, it is discovered that the winner has violated these rules, the organizers may disqualify them and refuse to award the prize. If the prize has already been awarded, the organizers may demand its return through legal channels. Participants agree to abide by the following prohibitions, as well as those stipulated in any other documents and contracts they may enter into with Caracol SA: They must not engage in any actions that disadvantage or attempt to disadvantage other participants, such as: disseminating private, personal, or family matters, or spreading criticism or rumors untrue. They must not advertise other events, promotional activities, contests, or commercial mentions of individuals or companies that compete with Caracol SA, whether through tweets or other traditional or non-traditional forms of advertising. They must not express opinions through any medium that could damage the image of the products, services, brands, or good name of Caracol SA, its directors or employees, or any of the Sponsors. Participants must not enter into any verbal or written agreements to provide services related to this Activity to any third party, including sponsors, without prior authorization from Caracol. They must not engage in any public conduct, or conduct that could become public, that is contrary to morality and good customs and that damages the image of the participants, Caracol SA, its brands, and sponsors. Participants must not instigate, carry out, or participate in any conduct or activities that could endanger the health or safety of other individuals involved in the organization and development of "THE ACTIVITY," or the safety and reputation of THE RADIO STATION, its brands, executives, and sponsors.  

10. Authorization for the processing of personal data:  

By registering, participants agree to the processing of their personal data in accordance with the privacy policy published on the TVHA SAS and Caracol SA websites, as well as these terms and conditions, for the following purposes: sending invitations to events and offering new products and services; providing the collected data to the sales force and/or distribution network, telemarketing, market research, and any third party with whom Caracol SA has a contractual relationship for the development of such activities (market research, telemarketing, etc.); transferring personal data outside the country to any of the Prisa Group companies for the same purposes described herein; and transmitting personal data outside the country to third parties with whom Caracol SA has entered into a data processing agreement. Personal data is subject to our privacy policy, available on the websites www.tropicanafm.com and https://www.onvacation.com/co/politica-privacidad-confidencialidad-datos-personales/. Likewise, they authorize Caracol SA and TVHA SAS to publish and disseminate, including on social media or any other media outlet that they own or may come to own, the audiovisual and photographic recordings that Caracol SA or third parties commissioned by it obtain from participation in “TROPICANA, ONVACATION AND JETSMART TAKE YOU ON A FLIGHT WITH STORIES ” to illustrate any type of information and/or advertising. Participants guarantee that the audiovisual and photographic recordings of the image, voice, performances, and biographies contained in the documents submitted to the Broadcaster are their exclusive property and therefore they have the full right to assign them. In addition, participants authorize Caracol SA and TVHA SAS to use their image obtained from the registration and participation process in “TROPICANA, ONVACATION AND JETSMART TAKE YOU ON A FLIGHT WITH STORIES ” to include it in material for commercial use, for example and without limitation, Caracol SA and TVHA SAS may make compilations of the pre-registration process, activities such as “behind the scenes”, special editions and in general any material that involves the use of the images.

 When the data pertains to minors, in compliance with Decree 1074 of 2015, the guardian or legal representative of the child or adolescent will grant authorization after the minor has exercised their right to be heard, an opinion that will be valued taking into account their maturity, autonomy and capacity to understand the matter.  

The foregoing authorization for the use of your personal data and images is granted free of charge, without territorial limitation, for as long as TVHA SAS and Caracol SA deem necessary and/or appropriate for the use of said material in any of their media outlets. In any case, the participant declares and agrees to indemnify and hold harmless TVHA SAS and Caracol SA against any third-party claims regarding all works whose use is authorized to Caracol under any title.

The On Vacation Shopkeepers Plan campaign aims to motivate Colombian shopkeepers to implement sales of tourist packages. HOW TO WIN PRIZES?

• The registration of the Shopkeepers in the plan and access to the benefits it provides are subject to the terms and conditions established by TOUR VACATION HOTELES AZUL SAS BIC, who reserves the right of registration, access, use and exclusion from the plan.
• Registration for the On Vacation shopkeepers plan is free.
• Registration can be done by any natural person of legal age with a Colombian citizenship card or a foreigner's identity card issued in Colombia who owns a store, mini-market or similar commercial establishments.
• To register for the Shopkeepers Plan, the shopkeeper must provide the requested information and authorize the processing of their personal data.

CONDITION OF PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

The people who register as Shopkeepers, in the terms of Statutory Law 1581 of 2012 and its regulatory decrees, authorize the dissemination of their full names, testimonies, voices and/or images by the means of communication and in the manner that the organizer considers appropriate, for commercial and advertising purposes, without right of compensation or any economic consideration, during the validity of this activity and until three (3) years after its completion.

Participation implies consent for the personal data of the participants to be integrated into the organizer's databases, as well as authorization for the automated processing of said data or information, and for its use in relation to the commercial activity carried out by the organizer and/or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates.

People who register as Shopkeepers have the right to:

AWARDS

1. For each sale made using the third-party code, the retailer will receive a 7% commission on the purchase price of the plan before fees, surcharges, and taxes. In the event of a tie between shopkeepers with the same number of sales, the winner will be determined by the sum of all sales. The shopkeeper with the highest number of sales in Colombian pesos will be the winner.
