1. At the Airport
Upon landing at Gustavo Rojas Pinilla International Airport, follow the signs to the exit. You will find authorized taxis that can take you to the hotel in approximately 35 minutes, depending on your arrival time (this service incurs an additional charge). We recommend verifying that the vehicle has official identification and confirming the price before starting the trip to the hotel.
3. Check-in at the hotel
You must arrive at reception from 5:00 pm onwards with the identification documents of all passengers (physical ID card, birth certificate for minors and/or identity card, passport if you are a foreign citizen) . If you are traveling with minors without their parents, you will need a notarized permit as required by Laws 1098/2006 and 1336/2009 – this is important to avoid legal issues!
4. Your colorful bracelet
Upon check-in, we'll give you a wristband! With it, you can enjoy the services included in your chosen plan (please check the inclusions for your rate and size). It will also serve as your On Vacation guest ID. Please wear it at all times ; if it breaks or is lost, there will be an additional charge. Important: It is personal and non-transferable.
The hotel does not have a bellhop service, so we recommend you pack light. We want your arrival to be comfortable and for you to start your stay refreshed.

· TV with satellite signal and national channels (with its respective remote control).
· Beds ready for your rest and according to the accommodation booked (no single beds available).
· White towels (1 per person, size 120 cm x 60 cm).
· Basic hygiene kit: 2 bath soaps (25 gr each) + toilet paper according to guests.
· Complete bed linen (sheets + top sheet + pillow per person).

Key Rules
Towels are for hotel use only. Smoking is not permitted in the rooms, nor is taking food from the restaurants into the room, nor is using loud speakers.

Daily cleaning included, except at check-in and check-out, does not apply to sizes M, S and XS.
Towels and sheets are changed at the end of your stay. If you need a change sooner, please leave them on the bathroom floor.
