When you check in, we’ll give you a wristband! With it, you can enjoy the services included in your package (check the inclusions for your rate and size). It also serves as your identification as an On Vacation guest. Please wear it at all times; if it breaks or is lost, there will be an additional charge. Please note that it is personal and non-transferable.

If you didn't book your flight through On Vacation, the transfer isn't included, but you can add it as an optional service (same shared bus, same level of comfort).
The hotel offers bellhop service. However, for your comfort, we recommend bringing a lightweight suitcase. Some of the paths within the hotel can be quite long, and we want you to arrive feeling refreshed.

· Beds ready for your rest, depending on the accommodation booked (no single rooms available).
· White towels (1 per person, size 120 cm x 60 cm).
· Beds equipped with canopies ready for your rest and according to the accommodation booked (no single beds available).
· Basic toiletries kit: 2 bars of soap (25 g each) + toilet paper according to the number of guests.
· Complete bedding set (sheets + fitted sheet + pillow per person).

Key Rules
Towels are for use within the hotel only. Smoking is not permitted in the rooms, nor is bringing food from the restaurants to your room or playing loud music through speakers.
Cleaning service
During your stay at the Mendihuaca Hotel, you will enjoy the following services included in your package, subject to the terms and conditions
Daily cleaning included, except on check-in and check-out days; does not apply to sizes M, S, and XS.
Towels and sheets are changed at the end of your stay. If you need them changed sooner, please leave them on the bathroom floor.

If you'd like an extra cleaning, you can ask the waitress for it for an additional fee.
