- The recharged vacation Applies only to lodging, the client must pay for food services (breakfast, lunch and dinner) and Assist Card for $95,000 pesos per person per night.
- Applies in low season from July 15 to November 30, 2024 and February 01 to November 30, 2025. Does not apply holidays, Easter Week or week of recess 2024 or 2025.

For the hotels, Amazon, Cove, Reef, Tower, Toné, Tone II, Wayira Beach, Mendihuaca, Girardot, which included drinks in all rates, will only apply for sizes XXL XL and L in the other sizes you can purchase the handle of drinks at origin or destination.

Includes drinks in the main bar of the hotel, cocktails from the menu (served). Does not apply bottled beverages or beer, the values of the handles may be updated according to market variations.
All persons must have the same rate, if there are additional pax with another size it does not apply to those persons.
MAGIC, ACANTILADO and CARIBBEAN hotels will NOT have beverage service included in any size and will not be able to purchase the beverage handle.
RECEPTIVE
- The activities are subject to weather conditions and the operation of the operator. If the activity cannot operate, another receptive with the same characteristics will be confirmed.
- The receptive applies according to the rate purchased.
XL RATE FLEXIBILITY
- Change of date maximum 30 days before the trip for scheduled sale.
- Name Change without penalty 15 days prior to travel date.
- Change of payment date for 1 time only during the payment month.
- Change of destination without penalty by paying fare difference maximum 30 days from the travel date, if fare difference applies.
- Reactivation does not apply guarantees for a maximum of 1 year, if any difference in rate applies.
