Transfer services
- Applies only for full plans (tickets + lodging).
- Para las tallas XXL – XL – L los traslados incluidos son aeropuerto – hotel – aeropuerto para los destinos de Amazonas, Riohacha y Santa Marta, hoteles propios On Vacation
- For size M the transfers included are airport - hotel - airport for the destination of Santa Marta and Leticia. For the destination of Riohacha only includes airport - hotel.
- For size S and XS the transfer included is airport-hotel for the destination of Riohacha.
Food service
- For sizes XXL, XL, L, M the food service is breakfast with hot drinks, water, juice or tea, lunch and dinner with hydrating drinks, water, juice or tea.
- For sizes XXL, XL and L includes drinks from the hotels Sunset bar menu, 5 types of cocktails, soda and juice of the day, but does not include bottled drinks and beer.
Baggage services
For sizes XXL, XL, and L the following baggage services are included with the following characteristics:
- Checked Baggage: Includes one (1) suitcase per person. The weight and size limits for suitcases vary according to each airline’s policies and must be registered with the airline at check-in.
** Does not apply to Wingo International. - 10 kg Carry-on Baggage: Includes one (1) item weighing up to 10 kg that must fit in the aircraft cabin.
** Does not apply to Wingo Charter (Commercial C) and Jestmart. - Personal carry-on item (small bag): Includes one (1) personal item (backpack) weighing no more than 10 kg that must fit under the seat in front of you on the plane.
For sizes M, S and XS the following baggage services are included with the following characteristics:
- Personal Item (Carry-on Bag): Includes one (1) personal item (backpack) weighing no more than 10 kg that must fit under the seat in front of you on the plane.
